|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
Special product offers (eg. one day only discounts, new product launch offers etc,) may not include all products on the website so please check deatils of the offer fully before placing your order.
Only orders which are placed during sale times are eligible for sale offers and discounts, refunds cannot be given on orders placed before the start time or after the end time of an offer. All dates and times are in GMT.
We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices are displayed in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Please note that once your order is complete, you cannot add to the order. When your order is being processed, if anything has gone out of stock or needs sending on to you, we will highlight this on your invoice and let you know. Usually any 'sent on' item will be despatched within 2 weeks of your initial order.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products and colour may vary simply due to how images of the products are reproduced for the website.
All Lili of the Valley products are protected under Copyright. Each time you buy a Lili of the Valley product, you agree to adhere to our copyright and angel policy as follows: You are allowed to sell finished cards or projects made using Lili of the Valley products for personal profit or to raise funds for charities, schools and clubs. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy or distribute Lili of the Valley designs and products, either the physical product itself or in electronic form - this includes social networking sites and photo sharing sites. You are also not permitted to sell toppers or black and white or coloured handstamped images of Lili of the Valley stamps or sentiments. Cross Stitch Downloadable Charts and Digital Stamps are for personal use only and are not to be shared either in electronic form, or to be physically copied in any way.
|Shipping And Handling Postage Charges will be applied at the checkout. UK postage is £1.99 on all orders. Postage to Europe is £2.50. Postage to the Rest of the World is £2.99 It is now free on worldwide orders if you spend £10 or more. . |Delivery Schedule Orders are shipped via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of placing your order. UK customers should allow 10 working days for your order to arrive, overseas customers please allow 28 working days. If it hasn't come by this time, please do contact us. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.|
If your order has been mis-delivered or not arrived due to incorrect address details being entered during checkout then we can only re-send an order when the original has returned to us.
You will be charged postage for us to re-send an order if non-delivery is due to customer error such as and incomplete or insufficient address so please ensure your details are clear and correct.
|Back Orders If you have placed an order for something that has gone out of stock, we will indicate this on your order and let you know if we can send it on as soon as possible, or if we have refunded you.|

|Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any of your rubber stamps, clear stamps or cross stitch kits and charts, you can return them unused and in their orginal condition to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply give us a call on 0113 257 8778 or email us to let us know and send the goods back within 30 days. If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, please let us know straight away and we will be happy to send you a replacement or the correct items. |
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product bought on our website, or on our stand at an exhibition (e.g. a product you already have or an unwanted gift), provided you send it back to us in perfect new condition, we can send out a replacement. You will just be charged the exact postage to send the new one out.

Digital Dowloads: As Digi Stamps and Downloadable Cross Stitch Charts are delivered directly to you for immediate use and can be saved onto your PC, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for any unwanted digi stamps or for any bought by mistake so please be careful when ordering. Please take extra care if you are intending to purchase rubber stamps as again we cannot issue refunds for digi stamps bought in error. Please check your order before proceeding to the check-out.
