Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices are displayed in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

| Shipping And Handling We have a standard charge on £2 on all UK orders. All UK orders over £25 are free postage and packing. International charges are £3.50 for EU Countries and £5 for the rest of the world. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours and are sent by Royal Mail first class. However, in busy times, orders are sent out within 5-7 working days. International orders are generally received in around 10 days. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products you can return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply give us a call on 0113 239 4800 or email us to let us know and send the goods back within 30 days. If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, please let us know straight away and we will be happy to send you the correct items.
